Students may be assigned to assist a faculty member with a course, or be assigned a course as primary instructor, under faculty supervision. In addition to a full range of responsibilities involving course preparation, planning, classroom instruction, testing student progress, assigning grades and course evaluation, students are expected to attend an accompanying seminar in college teaching.
