Doctor of Education (EdD) Information Sessions

Interested in learning how, in just three years of part-time study, you can earn your Doctor of Education (EdD) degree while maintaining a work, life, and school balance? Attend an EdD information session or request more information through the form below!

Participants will have the opportunity to engage with faculty members in their interested area(s) of concentration (ARCO) through on-campus and virtual information sessions. Sessions held on-campus will be in our Center for Urban Education (CUE), located at 4303 Wesley W. Posvar Hall on Pitt’s campus. All sessions will be hosted by Dr. Tom Akiva, the Doctor of Education (EdD) Coordinator!

    • Focus on Out-of-School Learning, Urban Education, and Health & Physical Activity tracks
  • Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. est. – via Zoom
    • Virtual Information Session for all areas of concentrations
  • Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. est. – 4303 Wesley W. Posvar Hall
    • Focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics (STEM), Social & Comparative Analysis in Education, and Special Education tracks
