This seminar will guide students through Pennsylvania Department of Education Stages I, II, and III Early Field Competencies. Students will reflect on instructional practices and efforts towards building positive learning communities. There is a focus on developing relationships with families, students, colleagues, and the school's community. Career readiness, communication, and professionalism in education are incorporated in the seminar.
